1.乘机
乘国际、地区航班的旅客，必须在规定的时间到达指定的机场，凭机票、有效的护照、签证及旅行证件办妥乘机及出境等各类手续。旅客没有按规定的时间到达指定机场或携带的护照、签证及旅行证件不符合规定，而未能办妥乘机和出境等各类手续引起的一切损失和责任由旅客自负。
2.机场费
对每一个从中华人民共和国国际机场出境的国际旅客，收取机场费人民币90元。对持有外交护照的旅客，24小时内过境的旅客以及12岁以下的儿童，免收机场费。
3.旅行证件
国际旅客在办理乘机及出境手续前，应办妥护照、签证及旅行证件等一切手续。旅客的护照、签证及旅行证件应随身携带，不得放在交运行李中运输。由于旅客旅行证件不完备而受到的损失和支付的费用，承运人不承担责任。但对于由此使承运人受到的一切损失和支付的费用，包括(但不限于)罚金，旅客应当负责赔偿。
4.定座
旅客乘国际航班，可根据有关规定向航空公司售票处或其代理人预定，已定妥国际、地区航班座位的旅客，应按航空公司规定的出票时限办理购票手续。
如未在购票时限内购票，所定座位即被取消，已定妥国际、地区航班座位，包括联程座位的旅客，如所定座位不利用时，应尽早向所定座的航空公司售票处或其代理人提出取消座位。
